Ideal candidates will have min 2 years’ experience in high-quality busy establishments/including banqueting an advantage.
Professional qualification essential, e.g., HACCP.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity, and skill in the kitchen.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one’s own initiative.
Should excel and exceed in the delivery of exceptional food whilst maintaining consistency.
Be an ambitious person responsible for creating an environment that promotes employee morale and encourages the team to have pride and commitment in their work.
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
Health & Safety awareness is essential.
Fluent in English.
